Crazy Clips is a video automation platform for gaming content creators. Creators authenticate with their TikTok account and the platform automatically generates short vertical clips from long-form gaming videos — complete with subtitles and captions — then either saves them as drafts to the creator's TikTok Inbox or posts them directly to the creator's profile, according to the settings the creator chooses.

What Crazy Clips does
Creators connect their TikTok account via OAuth to get started.
The platform processes long-form gaming videos to generate short vertical clips.
Creates subtitles and a suggested caption for each clip.
Sends each clip to TikTok using the Content Posting API — either as a draft in the creator's Inbox, or as a direct post to their profile.
The creator chooses the posting mode, caption, privacy level, and interaction settings before anything is sent.
TikTok API Products & scopes used
Login Kit: authenticates the creator and obtains authorization via OAuth.
Content Posting API: uploads clips to the creator's TikTok Inbox as drafts (video.upload) or posts directly to their profile (video.publish), based on the creator's choice.
User Info API: reads basic profile info, bio, profile link, and account stats for display in the dashboard.
Scopes
user.info.basic — reads the creator's open ID, display name, and avatar.
user.info.profile — reads bio, verified status, and profile link to display in the dashboard.
user.info.stats — reads follower count, following count, total likes, and video count for the dashboard.
video.upload — uploads a clip to the creator's TikTok Inbox as a draft for review before posting.
video.publish — directly posts a clip to the creator's TikTok profile when the creator chooses Direct Post mode.
Creators choose between "Save as Draft" (video.upload) and "Direct Post" (video.publish) before each clip is submitted. No content is posted without the creator's explicit action.
Data handling
Authentication tokens are stored locally on the creator's device and never shared.
Video processing (clip creation, subtitles, captions) happens locally on the creator's machine.
Uploads send the final clip files to the creator's own TikTok account via the TikTok API.
After successful upload, processed files may be archived locally.
Crazy Clips does not sell or share user data with any third parties.
